BROOKVILLE, Pa. – Clarion’s Kameron Kerle and Bradford’s Jake Franz took home the District 9 Class 2A and Class 3A boys golf titles respectfully.
Kerle had a two-round total of 141 (69-72), five strokes ahead of Clarion teammate Devon Lauer (146). In addition in Class 2A, North Clarion’s Ethan Carll (154), Keystone’s Sean Karg (155), Cranberry’s Cayden Baker (157) and Brookville’s Killian Radel (157) qualified for the PIAA championships.
Franz had a two-round total of 154 (76-78), nine shots ahead of St. Marys’ Louie Nedzinski, the other state qualifier.
