9 a.m. – Pick-Up Packets in Cafeteria
9 a.m. – *Course Inspection
10 a.m. – Deadline for Packet Pick-Up in Cafeteria
10 a.m. – Coaches Meeting (in cafeteria)
10:30 a.m. – “1A” Girls Championship Race
11:15 a.m. – “2A” Girls Championship Race
Noon – “1A” Boys Championship Race
12:45 p.m. – “AA” Boys Championship Race
1:15 p.m. – Varsity Extra Race
Approx. 1:45 p.m. – Team and Individual Awards in the cafeteria
Notes: The Girls & Boys 3A sub-regional race (D8, 9, 10) will tentatively be held during the D8 Championship on Oct. 25 at White Oak Park. The Dubois girls & Boys (AAA) will be running at that race.
Teams will be given a map & starting block location with their packets and teams may take their own tour of the course.

Admission: – Ticket prices for the D9 Cross Country Championships are available online for $8 for adults, $4 for students. Tickets are available here.
Team Parking/Fan Parking: Signs will direct you where to park buses and vans at the school.
Course: The course is a challenging 5,000-meter grass course.

PIAA State Meet: The following number of teams and individuals will qualify for the PIAA State Championships which will be held at the Parkview Cross Country Course, located in Hershey, Pa. on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025:
3A: Top team plus next FIVE individual runners (Held at the DX Site).
2A: Top team plus next FIVE individual runners
1A: Top 2 teams plus next TEN individual runners
Awards: District 9 will award a Championship plaque to each first-place team. Individual medals will be awarded to each State Meet qualifier. Additional medals can be ordered by contacting Aaron Straub at Elk County Catholic.
Concessions: There will be a concession stand operated by the Ridgway sports boosters.
Meet T-Shirts: T-shirts will be done by pre-order only. Mary Bowman will be sending out order forms.
