DUBOIS – District 9 has announced its times for the baseball and softball championship games on Monday, May 25.
In baseball, there will be four games at Showers Field in DuBois.
While in softball, there will be four games at Heindl Field in DuBois.
The baseball schedule will be as follows:
Class 2A: Redbank Valley vs. winner of Moniteau/Curwensville, 11 a.m.
Class 1A: Clarion vs. Elk County Catholic, 1:30 p.m.
Class 4A (with D5): Clearfield vs. Somerset, 4 p.m.
Class 5A (with D10): DuBois vs. Meadville, 7 p.m.
In addtion, in Class 3A, Karns City will play at Bedford at 1 p.m.
The softball schedule will be as follows:
Class 4A: Punxsutawney vs. Clearfield, 10 a.m.
Class 3A: Karns City vs. St. Marys, Noon
Class 1A: DuBois Central Catholic vs. Curwensville, 2 p.m.
Class 2A: Brockway vs. Cranberry, 4 p.m.
Softball will also play a consolation game in Class 2A, with Keystone traveling to Moniteau.
