UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The DuBois Central Catholic softball team won the PIAA Class 1A softball title on Thursday with a 2-0 win over Carmichaels.
It is the first softball title for the Lady Cardinals, who join the Elk County Catholic volleyball and girls’ cross country teams as D9 teams winning state titles in the 2023-24 school year.
