    DCC’s Fragle Wins D9 2A Boys Individual Tennis Title

    DUBOIS, Pa. – DuBois Central Catholic’s Luke Fragle won the District 9 Class 2A boys’ individual tennis title on Thursday topping Cooper Haight of Bradford in the championship match, 6-3, 6-1.
