DCC’s Volpe, Fragle Win D9 Boys Tennis Doubles Title

DUBOIS, Pa. – Matt Volpe and Luke Fragle of DuBois Central Catholic won the District 9 Class 2A boys doubles tennis title Monday defeating DuBois’ Brohm Hemke and Jay Praekh, 6-4, 6-2.
