ST. MARYS, Pa. – District 9 has released the team tennis playoff brackets for Class 2A.
It will be a five-team tournament.
St. Marys is the top seed, Bradford is the No. 2 seed, DuBois Central Catholic is the No. 3 seed, DuBois is the No. 4 seed, and Elk County Catholic is the No. 5 seed.
Action will start Monday, April 29, when ECC travels to DuBois for a 4 p.m. preliminary match.
The winner of that match will travel to St. Marys for 3:30 p.m. semifinal contest on Wednesday, May 1.
The other semifinal will pit DCC at Bradford at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, as well.
The championship match will be held Wednesday, May 8, at a time and site to be announced.
