Mr. Howard has served on the District 9 committee since 2012. He is currently the athletic director at Oswayo Valley, a position he has held for 13 years.
Mr. Howard was a revenue enforcement agent for 35 years prior to retiring and has also officiated multiple sports.
The reason Mr. Howard wanted to be a member of the District 9 Committee is because he believes the committee is a platform to help student-athletes succeed.
“I want to be a voice of reason in establishing that platform,” Mr. Howard said. “All of our student-athletes need
representation, and I hope that I can represent them all well.”
